Yes, SiR.

The EF SiR was a turnover for Honda. Pushed by a powerful B16a instead of a d-series made it a very quick little car and certainly turned heads. It was the first car to offer the DOHC VTEC to the public. With the lightweight chassis of an EF with a light but powerful engine made this car dip to the top.
Wearing some very expensive shoes, this SiR has a set of rare old school JDM Mugen NR10 rims. If you ever see these on craigslist for cheap, pick them up as fast as you can.
With the hood opened just a tad bit gives the viewers an idea of what makes this car a beast. Not much needs to be done to this car to make it quick, maybe a cold-air intake and exhaust but anything else is almost unnecessary.
You can see the true JDM front end on this hatch at I'm sure I'm not the only one to say it looked freaking good.
Another shot of this EF but with a different pair of rims. This time it's rocking some 15" Mugen RNR's. It also shows how slammed this SiR can be.
